【摘要】 随着我国医疗卫生行业信息化工作由局部信息建设向区域信息建设转变,各区域临床医疗机构系统出现数据爆炸但知识贫乏的现象,处理和利用这些异构信息以提高医疗服务效率成为亟待解决的问题。采用领域本体技术解决临床信息语义共享问题,提出了基于语义的临床信息表示模型,给出了基于概念的权重计算公式;将该模型应用于区域临床信息系统中能够实现信息语义共享。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the transfer of medical informationization in China from local construction to regional construction,there is a data explosion in many regional clinical medical systems,but people lack knowledge about it.Therefore,it is urgent to make full use of this information and to improve the quality of medical service.This paper deals with the technology of domain ontology to solve semantic sharing of clinical information,presents a concept based weight formula and proposes the semantic based clinical information model which can be used in the clinical information system to realize semantic sharing.更多还原
