【摘要】 目的:探讨舒适护理在多发骨折合并尿道膀胱损伤患者术后疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2012年1月至2014年1月收治的80例多发骨折合并尿道膀胱损伤的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理方法,观察组患者在常规方法基础上给予舒适护理,对比两组患者的治疗效果与术后镇痛效果。结果:(1)观察组Majeed评分:优13例、良22例、差5例,优良率为87.5%;对照组Majeed评分:优6例、良23例、差11例,优良率为72.5%。观察组Majeed评分优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)镇痛效果比较:观察组的镇痛总有效率为95.0%,对照组为77.5%,观察组镇痛总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在多发骨折合并尿道膀胱损伤患者术后护理中开展舒适护理,可以有效缓解患者的切口疼痛,改善患者生活质量,提高治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of the application of comfort care on relieving the pain of patients with multiple fractures combined with urethral bladder injury after surgery. Methods: 80 cases of multiple fractures combined with urinary bladder injury hospitalized by our hospital from 2012 January to 2014 January were chosen and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care while the observation group was given comfort care in addition to routine care,the therapeutic effect and postoperative analgesic effect of the two groups compared. Results:( 1) the Majeed score of the observation group was excellent in 13 cases,good in 22 cases and poor in 5 cases,the excellent and good rate being 87. 5%; the Majeed score of the control group was excellent in 7 cases,good in 23 cases,poor in 11 cases,the excellent and good rate being 72. 5%; the excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference between which was significance( P < 0. 05).( 2) The total effective rate of the analgesic effect in the observation group was 95%,while that in the control group was 77. 5%; The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).
