高炉风口回旋区测温成像在线监测系统研究与应用

【摘要】 本文详细介绍一种适应高炉风口回旋区燃烧温度、CCD成像和人工窥视一体的在线监测系统,描述了该监测系统的组成、技术特点及基本功能.还介绍了监测系统在高炉中的应用情况,重点进行了高炉回旋区温度监测的效果分析.最后给出该项技术能直观反映回旋区燃烧状态的结论.

【Abstract】 The online monitoring system was introduced,which combines the burning temperature of the blast-furnace tuyere raceway,CCD imaging,artificial survey in one.Its composition,basic feature and technique characteristics were discussed in details.The application of this online monitoring system was also introduced,especially the results of the online monitored temperature in tuyere raceway was analyzed at great length.Finally,a conclusion was drawn that this technology can directly reflect the combustion state in raceway.
