复杂环境下病危烟囱抢险爆破

【摘要】 对因地震、风化等自然因素产生的病危烟囱的爆破拆除是抢险爆破的主要任务之一。待爆烟囱为一高危建筑,顶部严重歪斜且中心偏移达0.4 m,同时在歪斜处存在裂缝,随时有倒塌的危险,严重威胁周围厂区、国道、住宅安全。针对该烟囱稳定性差,周边环境复杂,倾倒范围控制难度大、施工工期紧等爆破施工难点,采用"小切口、缓倾倒"的爆破方案以及免冲击钻孔开凿定向窗的施工方法,有效保证烟囱稳定及施工安全。同时严格控制烟囱的倾倒过程,特别注重烟囱顶部的倾倒范围,确保爆破拆除万无一失。起爆后烟囱倾倒过程及爆堆堆积范围、高度均符合设计要求,成功解除了该烟囱对周边交通运输、工业生产和群众生活安全的威胁。

【Abstract】 Due to the hazards from earthquake or weathering,an emergency blasting method was applied to demolish the abandoned chimney.The chimney was a high risk building with 0.4 m deviant to centerline on top end,which maybe collapse any time and damage the surroundings.Considering the poor stability,complicated environment,difficulty in controlling dumping range and tight construction period,the blasting scheme with small blasting cut and slow dumping was adopted.The drilling impact on directional window was avoided in construction,which kept the stability and the safety effectively.Meanwhile,the collapsing process of chimney,especially the top end was strictly controlled.The dumping process,the range and height of blasting muck pile met the design requirements well.
