【Abstract】 Now float glass industry meets the unprecedented running and technical challenge as the demands of government policy on energy-saving and emission-reducing goes increasing strict. In order to survive, some companies choose cold repair and technical transformation before preset time so as to maintain market competitiveness and occupy new market. In this article some suggestions on technical transformation of float glass company were presented after analyzing key indices involved in state policies.
