玻璃基板材料化学钢化试验研究

【摘要】 为了研究玻璃化学钢化的工艺和机理,采用低温型离子交换法对普通钠钙硅浮法玻璃进行了化学增强试验。利用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)测试了玻璃的表面成分,用维氏硬度仪测量了玻璃样品的维氏硬度。结果表明,钾离子与钠离子交换导致玻璃硬度显著增加,化学增强效果与反应温度及时间密切相关,随着温度升高与时间延长,钾离子浓度分数增加,钠离子浓度分数减小,离子交换对玻璃的增强效果在450℃和12 h出现极值。

【Abstract】 The soda-lime silicate glass was chemical strengthened by using low temperature ion exchange method, in order to study the technical process and mechanism of glass chemical strengthening. The mechanical composition of glass surface was investigated by X Ray Fluorescence(XRF), the Vickers-+hardness of glass samples was investigated by Vickers-hardness tester. The results showed that Na-for-+K exchange caused significant increasing in Vickers-hardness of glass and chemical strengthening effect was strictly connected to the reaction temperature and time. With the temperature rising and time + + prolonging, the values of the ionic fraction of K cations increased and the Na cations fraction decreased. The extreme values of the strengthening effect of glass because of ion exchange were achieved when temperature was 450℃ or time was 12 h.
