血站加工和储存环境下的RFID标签数据稳定性研究

【摘要】 目的通过RFID标签在离心、辐照和低温环境下的稳定性测试,论证RFID标签在血站推广的可能性,为血站物联网化奠定基础。方法以500张符合ISO15693标准的RFID标签为实验对象,依次全部写入全"0"、全"1"、正棋盘格和反棋盘格4组数据后,分别在贺利士Cryofuge 60000i大容量冷冻离心机、XHBRI-1000型血液辐照仪、卢森堡多美达(Dometic)MBF21血浆速冻机以及三洋MDF-V339-C低温冰箱中进行离心、辐照和低温实验,实验完毕后再次读取RFID标签中的数据,通过实验前后数据对比其一致性,验证RFID标签的数据可靠性。结果每项实验后,每张标签的每组数据与实验前均一致。结论通过大量实验数据分析,本实验采用的RFID标签能够适应血站离心、辐照加工以及低温环境,为RFID在血站应用提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To demonstrate the possibilities of promoting RFID tags and to establish a basis founded on The Internet of Thing( Io E) in blood banks through testing the stability of RFID tags under centrifuged,low temperature and irradiated conditions. Methods 500 RFID tags,which met the ISO15693 standards,were filled in completely with all 0,all1,alternative 0 and 1 in positive checkerboards and negative checkerboards,respectively. They were then put to HERAEUS CRYOFUGE 6000 i centrifuge,gamma irradiation of blood XHBRI-1000,SANYO low temperature refrigerator MDF-V339-C,respectively. The data in RFID tags were processed again and compared with the data prior to the experiment. Results All group data of each RFID tags before and after were consistent. Conclusion The performance of RFID tags was very stable and can be used in blood bank.
