基于安卓系统的移动信息管理平台在输血科的应用

【摘要】 目的为了更好地对输血科进行日常工作,提高患者的用血的安全,规范临床输血技术的执行,使用移动信息平台对医院输血科进行实时管理,研究改进应用的方法和观察实施效果。方法开发了一套基于安卓系统的移动输血管理信息平台。采用云技术和无线网络,在智能手机和平板电脑上安装医院输血科管理应用程序,控制安全用血的各个环节。结果输血科的工作得到了明显提高,有效控制了工作中的差错和信息不及时的问题,实现多用户不同权限的24h访问和应用。结论完善输血科管理的透明全程监控,充分利用了医院信息网络资源,并在医院输血科与市中心血站之间建起了一个无缝的桥梁,为患者的用血安全提供了保障。

【Abstract】 Objectives To improve the safety in the clinical use of blood,to regulate the implementation of clinical transfusion technology,to employ mobile information platform for real-time management of the hospital transfusion department,to study and improve the implementation of the method and to observe the effect of the implementation,in order to improve the daily function of department of blood transfusion.Methods A mobile blood transfusion management information platform was developed based on Android system.Cloud technology and wireless network were adopted,along with installation of the hospital transfusion department management applications on smart phones and tablet computers.All aspects of safe use of blood were controlled.Results The function of the department of blood transfusion has significantly improved.Errors and delayed information were effectively put under control.24 hours of multi-user access with different permissions was implemented.Conclusion Transparent monitoring helped to improve the management of blood transfusion,and make full use of the hospital information network resources.Also,a seamless bridge was built between hospital blood banks and transfusion department to provide security on the clinical blood for patients.
