【Abstract】 With the rapid development of informationalization, on the basis of information network, the copyright registration platform which has characteristics of digitization, paperless work and automation, should be built. Through policy support and incentive measures, researchers should be encouraged to participate in the voluntary copyright registration of research paper. in order to achieve the integration between research paper copyright registration and preprint publishing. The integration is conducive to the protection of intellectual property right. Through copyright registration and approval, the platform can release research paper to society in time, the research paper can enter the process of academic exchanges and scientific innovation.
