【摘要】 目的了解2006-2013年北京市社区卫生服务机构在人群、不同功能区的分布情况。方法收集2006-2013年《北京市卫生工作统计资料<汇编>》的各个区县人口数、社区卫生服务中心(站)数量、机构举办形式等数据信息,并进行描述性统计分析,分析变化趋势。结果社区卫生服务机构总数由2006年的182个发展到2007年的1 277个,发展迅猛,随后发展逐步平稳。截至2013年底,社区卫生服务机构总数为1 926个,其中政府举办1 602个,平均每个街道(乡镇)建设有1所社区卫生服务中心,平均每个社区卫生服务站服务0.8万人。4个功能区的社区卫生服务机构发展水平基本一致,但相对来说,生态涵养发展区社区机构较少。结论社区卫生服务机构总体发展态势良好,布局基本合理,逐步发挥出社区卫生服务的公益性。随着首都非核心功能的疏解,需重点加强远郊区县的布局规划。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the distribution of community health service organizations in Beijing from 2006 to 2013. Methods Relevant data in districts and counties,including the number of population, the number of community health service center(station), and the ownerships, were colleted from Annual Statistical Data of Health Work in Beijing from 2006 to 2013, and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results The total number of community health service organizations increased rapidly from 182 in 2006 to 1 277 in 2007 and then developed in a steady trend. By 2013,the total number of community health service organizations was 1 926, in which 1 602 were held by the government. Each street committee or township government constructed 1 community health service center on average. Each community health service station provided service for 8 000 people on average. In the four functional areas, the development level of community health service was basically the same, but the number of institution in the ecological conservation area was not enough relatively. Conclusion The trend of community health service organizations development is good, the distribution of organizations is reasonable. The public welfare of the community health service has gradually played out. With function relief in Beijing city center, the distribution planning of suburban districts and counties need to be strengthened.更多还原
