【摘要】 针对医学学报类期刊发展过程中遇到的期刊同质化问题,分析其产生的原因和危害,探讨解决同质化问题的对策:编辑部内部需要找准定位、突出优势、跟踪热点、坚持原则、优化服务、创新形式、加强推送、赏罚分明;相应的管理部门要做实期刊管理体制改革、学术评价体制改革,以保障医学学报类期刊的外部发展环境;医学学报类期刊应建立有效刊群,协调发展,形成品牌——从而解决期刊的同质化问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The homogenized competition exists in the development of medical university journals. The causes and harms of homogenized competition among medical university journals are analyzed in this article. The strategies to resolve homogenized competition include clear positioning, emphasizing advantages,tracking hot-spots,insisting principle,optimizing service,creative style and efficient management. The journal management and academic evaluation system should be reformed. In additional,a journal group should be efficiently constructed for medical university journals to resolve the homogenized competition.更多还原
