【摘要】 随着我国市场经济的不断发展,民营企业不断壮大。企业职工的业余生活不断丰富,参与锻炼的人数在不断增加。目前我国对中小县市民营企业职工体育活动研究相对较少(尤其是城区周边企业)。文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对宁乡县民营企业职工体育锻炼现状进行分析,得知:民营企业职工体育锻炼不够重视,运动时间相对不够,且男女差别不大;场地设备缺乏、锻炼时间不够、在学校没养成锻炼习惯等是影响其锻炼的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of China’s market economy, private enterprises continue to grow. Enterprise staff’s amateur life is becoming colorful constantly, the number of participating physical exercise is also increasing. The research on small and medium sized cities workers’ sports activities in private enterprises in China is relatively less(especially in the urban area surrounding enterprises). This study uses the methods of literature, questionnaire survey and other research methods, studies the current situation of staff sports in private enterprises of a Municipal County and does some analysis, and finds that the exercise of staff sports: private enterprises do not pay enough attention, exercise time less, and no significant difference; the lack of space equipment, exercise time is not enough, in the school without the habit of exercising are main influence factors for their exercises.更多还原
