高炉炼铁配料计算系统的设计和实现

【摘要】 配料计算数学模型以物料平衡为理论依据,以炼铁原料成分、辅料成分、燃料成分及铁水成分等多组参数为计算基础,结合生产实际计算铁水所需数据。计算流程基于该数学模型和具体生产工艺设计。系统软件包括原料成分输入和配料计算等子系统。系统采用了ORACLE数据库系统和c#语言进行设计与实现。该系统以高炉操作人员需求为出发点,在保证计算精确性和界面的美观便利下成功应用于高炉配料现场。

【Abstract】 Based on the material balance theory,using the raw material,blast furnace iron-making ingredients,fuel composition,hot metal composition and other parameters for calculation,the mathematical model for blast furnace burden calculation is adopted to calculate data required for production,with the consideration of the actual situation.This flow is designed according to the mathematical model as well as the process.The software design includes a plurality of sub system,which core is raw material input subsystem and calculating subsystem.The system uses the ORACLE database system and c#language to design and realize.Finally this system takes the field of blast furnace operator’s demand as the starting point,and successfully established blast furnace burden calculation system in the guarantee of paying attention to the appearance and convenience of interface and calculation accuracy.
