IL-6、IL-37和TNF-α在活动性肺结核中表达水平及相关性
Expression Levels of IL-6,IL-37 and TNF-α in Active Pulmonary Tuberculosis and Their Correlation
【摘要】 目的考察IL-6、IL-37和TNF-α在活动性肺结核中表达水平及相关性。方法检测30例活动性肺结核患者、30例非活动性肺结核患者和20名健康体检者的血浆IL-6、IL-37和TNF-α水平,并进一步将活动性肺结核依据临床症状分为空洞组和非空洞组,比较两组间炎症因子表达量。结果肺结核患者血浆IL-6、IL-37和TNF-α表达量高于健康对照组,且活动性肺结核三项指标均显著高于非活动性肺结核患者(P<0.05)。空洞组患者血浆IL-37水平显著高于非空洞组(P<0.01)。胸水组患者血浆IL-6水平显著高于无胸水组(P<0.01)。活动性肺结核中IL-6与IL-37表达水平正相关(r=0.550,P<0.05),IL-37和TNF-α表达水平正相关(r=0.413,P<0.05),IL-6与TNF-α表达水平无相关性(r=0.043,P>0.05)。结论 IL-6、IL-37和TNF-α在活动性肺结核患者中表达水平升高且与病情相关,IL-37可能参与了炎症反应的调控。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression levels of IL-6,IL-37 and TNF-α in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and their correlation. Methods The serum levels of IL-37,TNF-α and IL-6 were detected in 30 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis,30 cases of non active pulmonary tuberculosis and20 healthy controls. The patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into cavity and non-cavity groups based on clinical symptoms and the expression of inflammatory factors were compared between them.Results The expression levels of IL-6,IL-37 and TNF-α in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were higher than that of healthy controls,and those factors in active pulmonary tuberculosis patients were significantly higher than those in non-active pulmonary tuberculosis patients( P < 0. 05). The plasma IL-37 levels in the cavity patients were significantly higher than those in the non-cavity group( P < 0. 01). The plasma IL-6 level in the patients with pleural effusion was significantly higher than that in the non pleural effusion group( P < 0. 01).The serum IL-6 level in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis was positively correlated with IL-37( r =0. 550,P < 0. 05),the serum IL-37 was positively correlated with TNF-α( r = 0. 413,P < 0. 05),but no correlation was found between TNF-α and IL-6( r = 0. 043,P > 0. 05). Conclusion The serum levels of IL-6,IL-37 and TNF-α are elevated in active pulmonary tuberculosis patients,and serum IL-37 may be involved in the regulation of inflammatory responses.
