北京梅花根围丛枝菌根真菌的群落组成与季节变化(英文)
Composition and seasonal dynamics of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi associated with Prunus mume in Beijing
【摘要】 梅花主要分布于华南地区,而在中国大部分地区都有栽培。通过采集北京地区2个梅花栽培品种4个季度的根系和根围土壤共48个样品,研究其根系丛枝菌根(AM)的侵染规律与根围丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)群落四季动态变化。结果表明:1)春季梅花的AM侵染率最高(40.1%)、泡囊数量最多(37.8个/cm),冬季和夏季次之,秋季最低。2)分离出AMF 3属21种,其中Glomus为优势属。Glomus intraradices、G.geosporum和G.xanthium为春季的优势种,前二者也是夏季的优势种,G.geosporum为秋季的优势种,冬季的优势种是G.geosporum、G.etunicatum和G.xanthium。3)春季的AMF丰富度最高、秋季最低,各季节的孢子密度和种丰度均呈显著差异,各季节AMF种相似性系数最高为0.42,但在梅花2个品种之间无显著差异。4)梅根系的AM侵染率与根围土壤的AMF孢子密度呈线性相关关系。该研究结果为揭示华北地区梅花与其共生AMF群落的季节变化规律提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Prunus mume is distributed mainly in southern areas,and cultivated in most part of China. To study the seasonal dynamics of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi associated with P. mume cultivated in Beijing,soils and roots were collected once each season from two cultivars of P. mume,and totally 48 samples were observed. The results showed that: 1) Colonization rate(40. 1%) and the number of vesicles(37. 8 vesicles per cm) in root were the highest in spring,followed by those in winter and in summer,and the lowest in autumn. 2) Totally 21 species of AM fungi were found,belonging to three genera,and Glomus was dominant at generic level. Glomus intraradices,G. geosporum and G. xanthium were dominant species in spring,the former two species were also dominant species in summer,only G.geosporum was predominant in autumn,and G. geosporum,G. etunicatum and G. xanthium were predominant in winter. 3) Abundance of AM fungi in spring was the highest and that in autumn was the lowest. Spore density and species richness were significantly different among seasons,but not between two cultivars of P. mume. Sorenson similarity coefficient was less than 0. 42 among seasons at taxon level. 4) It had a linear correlation between AM colonization rate in root and spore density in soil. Our research is helpful for understanding the seasonal dynamic patterns between P. mume and AM fungal communities in North China.
