CCC、PP333和B9对蜡梅矮化效应研究
Dwarfing effects of chlormequat,paclobutrazol and daminozide applications on Chimonanthus praecox
【摘要】 以上海市嘉定区外冈蜡梅的优良品种为试材,采用叶面喷施方式研究矮壮素(CCC)、多效唑(PP333)、比久(B9)3种植物生长延缓剂对蜡梅生长和发育的影响。结果表明:PP333对当年嫁接苗具有延缓新梢生长,促进枝径粗壮、抑制节间伸长、提高叶绿素含量等多种效应,其矮化效果优于其他,并能有效控制2年生嫁接苗树冠生长,减少修剪次数。本试验范围内以2 000 mg/L PP333较为理想,B9处理次之,CCC表现较弱。
【Abstract】 We investigated effects of CCC,PP333 and B9 on the growth and development of wintersweet(Chimonanthus praecox) by leaf spraying in Waigang Town,Jiading District,Shanghai. The results showed that PP333 treatment on one-year-old grafted seedlings could retard the growth of new shoots and enhance the diameter of branches,inhibit the elongation of internodes and improve the content of chlorophyll. The dwarfing effect of PP333 was better than the other treatments,and could effectively control the canopy growth of two-year-old grafted seedlings and reduce pruning times. The optimum treatment was 2 000 mg/L PP333,followed by B9,and CCC the last place.
