茵陈中绿原酸的提取工艺研究进展

【摘要】 茵陈是一味具有清热利湿退黄作用的常用中药,绿原酸是其主要有效成分。通过检索近年来从茵陈蒿中分离纯化绿原酸的相关文献,归纳总结了茵陈中绿原酸的提取方法主要有溶剂提取法和超声辅助提取法,纯化工艺主要有水提醇沉、大孔树脂吸附和壳聚糖絮凝剂吸附等方法。

【Abstract】 Yinchen is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine whose effect is clearing heat,promoting diuresis and removing jaundice,and its main medicinal ingredient is chlorogenic acid. In this paper,extraction process studies of chlorogenic acid in Yinchen were summarized by exploring recent relevant literatures: extraction methods of chlorogenic acid in Yinchen include solvent extraction and ultrasound-assisted extraction,and its purification processes have alcohol-precipitation after water-extraction,adsorption by coarsepored resin,chitosan flocculating method and so on.
