【摘要】 目的探讨Omi/HtrA2在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其在口腔鳞癌发生发展中的作用及意义。方法采用RT-PCR与免疫组织化学方法,检测20例低分化口腔鳞状细胞癌、20例高分化口腔鳞状细胞癌、20例口腔乳头状瘤、20例癌旁组织切除标本中Omi/HtrA2 mRNA与蛋白的表达情况,并与口腔正常组织标本中Omi/HtrA2 mRNA与蛋白的表达情况作比较。结果 Omi/HtrA2蛋白在正常组织和癌旁组织中未检测到表达,在口腔鳞癌组(高、低分化)与口腔乳头状瘤组织中均有表达。Omi/HtrA2蛋白表达在高分化鳞癌组织中的表达水平高于低分化鳞癌组织、口腔乳头状瘤组织和癌旁组织(P<0.05)。Omi/HtrA2基因在高分化口腔鳞癌组织中的表达水平高于低分化口腔鳞癌组织、口腔乳头状瘤组织以及癌旁和正常组织(P<0.05)。结论 Omi/HtrA2在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中有表达,表明Omi/HtrA2可能参与口腔鳞癌的发生发展过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of the Omi/HtrA2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The expressions of Omi / HtrA2 mRNA and protein were determined by immunohistochemistry and semiquantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction in 40 cases with oral squamous cell carcinoma,20 with oral papilloma,20 with paracancerous tissues and 20 nomal tissues. Results Omi / HtrA2 was not expressed in the nomal tissue and paracancerous tissue,but expressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma and oral papilloma. The expression of Omi / HtrA2 in well differentiated oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated type,oral papilloma,paracancerous tissues( P < 0. 05). The expression of Omi / HtrA2 mRNA in well differentiated oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated type,oral papilloma,paracancerous tissue and normal tissue( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Omi / HtrA2 may be involved in the carcinogenesis and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
