【摘要】 目的探讨Er:YAG和Nd:YAG激光在牙冠延长术中的应用效果。方法选取需行牙冠延长术的32位患者的32颗患牙,随机分为2组,激光手术组采用Er:YAG和Nd:YAG激光,不翻瓣进行牙冠延长术;传统牙冠延长术组采用传统牙周手术方法。比较2组手术时间、术后疼痛、术后感染、龈缘位置、龈沟出血指数及探诊深度。结果激光手术组手术时间明显短于传统牙冠延长术组,术后疼痛指数明显低于传统牙冠延长术组。激光手术组在2周后龈缘位置即达到稳定,传统牙冠延长术组4周后达到稳定。2组均未发生术后感染。龈沟出血指数和探诊深度2组差异无统计学意义。结论应用Er:YAG和Nd:YAG激光进行牙冠延长手术具有手术时间短、术后反应小、较短时间获得稳定的龈缘位置等优点,是一种创伤小、疗效好的手术方法,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Er: YAG and Nd: YAG laser in minimally invasive crown lengthening surgery. Methods Thirty-two patients( 32 teeth) undergoing crown lengthening surgery were divided into two groups. The laser group used Er: YAG and Nd: YAG,and the traditional group used traditional method. The operation time,postoperative pain,postoperative infection,gingival position,bleeding index and probing depth of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results The operative time of the laser group was significantly shorter than that of the traditional group. The postoperative pain in laser group was lighter than that in traditional group. The position of gingival margin was stable in 2 weeks in laser group and 4 weeks in traditional group after operation. The bleeding index and probing depth of the two groups were not significantly different. Conclusion Er: YAG and Nd: YAG laser in crown lengthening surgery could shorten the operation time,reduce postoperative pain and obtain stable gingival margin in a short time.更多还原
