【Abstract】 There are three levels in the regulation of university Faculty-Student improper relationships in American. For sexual offenses,the states regulate it with criminal law following the principle of modesty;For sexual harassment,the state and society regulate it with civil law,administrative supervision,and appeal system,following the principle of contract;For Consensual sexual relationships,the community of university and teachers regulate it following the principle of autonomy.
