【摘要】 中日韩三国实施的"亚洲校园"计划是促进东亚地区高等教育国际化的重要举措。鉴于当前中韩两国交流现状,创建"中韩高等教育区"更具现实意义。参照欧洲博洛尼亚进程,中韩政府需确定行动纲领,从大学招生、学生选课、实习进修、毕业就业等方面,全面开放本国高等教育市场,真正形成一个学生自由交流、教授互换讲学和共同研究的开放式高等教育体系。这对提高两国高等教育水平和培养本地区所需的国际性人才具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The plan of Campus Asia, proposed by China,Japan,and Republic of Korea,is an important measure in promoting internationalization of higher education in East Asia. However,in consideration of improving the level of strategic partnership between China and Korea,we can establish China-Korea Higher Education Area which is even more important and urgent. Referring to the Bologna Process in Europe,the governments of China and Korea should make program of action,completely opening the market of higher education in several aspects,including student’s admission,course selection,practicum and further education,graduation and job application,and finally,forming an open higher education system of free exchange,academic activities and cooperative research between students and professors. These are significant for improving the level of higher education and cultivating international talents of the two countries.更多还原
