黄芩提取液物性参数的测定及相关性研究

【摘要】 采用加热回流提取法制备黄芩水提取液和黄芩乙醇提取液,将提取液浓缩至不同浓度,在不同温度下测定其黏度(η)和导热系数(λ)。考察各浓缩液的黏度和导热系数与浓度(ρ)、温度(T)之间的相关性,得到黄芩水提液和黄芩醇提液的η-ρ、η-T、η-ρ-T、λ-ρ、λ-T、λ-ρ-T回归方程。结果表明,数学模型η=cexp(eT+dρ+fρ2)能较好反映黄芩提取液浓度、温度对其黏度的综合影响,r值均大于0.99;黄芩水提液和醇提液的导热系数值可分别用λ=0.559-0.118ρ-0.003T(r=0.9945)和λ=0.437-0.157ρ-0.002T(r=0.9893)来进行预测。

【Abstract】 Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi slices have been extracted with refluxing water and ethanol and the extracts concentrated to different concentrations. The viscosity( η) of the concentrates was measured using a rotational viscometer over a wide range of temperature( 20- 75 ℃). The thermal conductivity( λ) of the concentrates was measured by the transient double-hot-wire technique at temperatures between 20 and 70 ℃. The viscosity( η),thermal conductivity( λ),concentration( ρ) and temperature( T) data for the Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extracts were correlated and the regression equations η- ρ,η- T,η- ρ- T,λ- ρ,λ- T and λ- ρ- T were obtained. The results indicate that the mathematical model η = cexp( eT + dρ + fρ2)( r > 0. 99) well reflects the combined effects of concentration and temperature on viscosity. The thermal conductivity of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi water extracts and ethanol extracts can be predicted by the equations λ = 0. 559- 0. 118ρ- 0. 003T( r = 0. 9945)and λ = 0. 437- 0. 157ρ- 0. 002T( r = 0. 9893),respectively.
