【摘要】 测绘地理信息档案资料是城市规划和管理的数据基础,具有使用数据量大、保存时间久、使用频率高、修改频率高、管理过程复杂等特点,给现行的档案的保存、管理和利用方式带来困难。数字档案管理技术作为解决档案存储问题,提高档案管理效率的有效手段,已得到广泛应用。本文基于北京市测绘地理信息档案现状,分析了测绘档案保存、管理和利用的特点和难点,并就应用数字档案馆技术解决现存问题的成效进行了预估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Surveying and Geo-information archives are considered to be the data basement for city planning and management.However,These archives enhancing the characters of large amounts,long-time keeping,frequently used and changed,complicated management procedure which lead to lots problems when storage,managing and using these archives.As an important way to solve above problems,digital archives management technology has been widely applied.This paper introduces the current situation of Surveying and Geo-information archives of Beijing.Moreover,based on the current situation,the difficulties in archive storage,management,using process has been analyzed in this paper.Last,the effects by using digital archive management technology have been evaluated on solving above difficulties.更多还原
