碎片冲击起爆带壳装药的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Shock Initiation of Confined Charge by Debris Impact
【摘要】 利用非线性软件AUTODYN-2D模拟碎片冲击起爆带铝壳装药,其中装药为PBX炸药。采用Lee-Tarver点火模型,通过数值模拟碎片冲击带壳装药和冲击铝板对比验证了带壳装药作为防护结构的有效性和优越性,同时分析了起爆机理及碎片的尺寸和冲击速度对炸药起爆特性的影响规律。计算结果表明,随着碎片冲击速度的增大,容易形成稳定的爆轰;碎片直径的变化会影响临界冲击起爆速度。另外,考虑带壳装药本身,得到带壳装药中铝壳厚度变化对其冲击起爆的影响规律。
【Abstract】 Non-linear dynamics software AUTODYN-2D is applied to simulate the shock initiation of confined charge by debris impact. The confined charge consists of aluminum and PBX. Numerical simulation is based on Lee-Tarver ignition and growth model. The effectiveness of the confined charge used as a protective structure to prevent the debris in space from impacting is proven by comparing the simulation results. The superiority of the confined charge is validated by comparing the simulation results with those of impact on aluminum plates. The size and velocity of debris contributing to the shock ignition are analyzed. The simulation results show that a stable detonation is formed with the increase in the impact velocity. The size of the debris affectsthe critical impact velocity of detonation. Furthermore,the thickness of the shell of the confined charge is also taken into account to study its influence on shock ignition.
