【摘要】 [目的]总结全国老中医药专家学术经验继承指导老师乔振纲教授运用标本辨证理论治疗癌症的经验,以期助益临床。[方法]通过跟师学习,归纳总结乔振纲教授如何将"立足标本,厘清轻重"、"明辨标本,分型用药"、"围绕症状消病标"等方法运用到癌症的治疗过程中。[结果]乔振纲教授认为,生命是本,癌症是标,标本辨证之本意就是把生命根植于"牵一发而动全身"的观念之上,从细微之处维护机体的健康。标本辨证思路与治则治法如影随形,其关系是症变(四诊所得)→证变(辨证结论)→治则变→治法变→药物变。这些思维运用到癌症的治疗之上,临床上取得显著效果。[结论]乔振纲教授标本辨证运用到癌症的治疗上,抓住了问题的关键点,最大限度地平衡机体的阴阳,值得学习。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To summarize the experience of Professor Qiao Zhengang, who is the national expert in TCM and advisor, treating cancer by both symptoms and root causes and to have the benefit of clinic.[Methods] Summarized professor Qiao Zhengang how to be "based on the specimens, clarify the importance", "to distinguish specimens, type of medicine", "around the elimination of disease symptoms such as standard" method is applied to the treatment of cancer in the process.[Result]Professor Qiao thinks that life is the root and cancer is only the symptom. The dialectic in both symptoms and root causes is to build the life root on the concept of domino, and keep healthy from slight spots. The idea of dialectic in both symptoms and root causes and treatment are very closely associated with each other, whose relationship shows the process: the diseases by four diagnostics, the symptoms by differentiation, the change of rules, therapy and medicine. These thinkings on cancer treatment, achieve remarkable results in clinic.[Conclusion] Professor Qiao Zhengang specimens application to the cure of cancer, seizing the key points of the problem, to maximize the Yin and yang balance of the body, is worthy of study.更多还原
