【摘要】 目的:建立红花软胶囊中总黄酮含量的检测方法。方法:采用UV法,在波长360nm处测定红花软胶囊中总黄酮的含量。结果:用芦丁作对照,在4.657~23.285μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,r=1.0000,平均回收率为97.10%(RSD=1.1%,n=9)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于红花软胶囊中总黄酮含量的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of total flavonoids in Safflower Soft Caplsule. Methods : The content of total flavonoids was determined by UV at 360 nm. Results: The linear range was between4.657 ~23.285μg/m L with correlation coefficient of r=0.9995. The average recovery(n=5)and RSD were 97.10% and 1.1% respectively. Conclusion: The established method is accurate and reliable with good reproducibility. It can be used to control the quality total flavonoids in Safflower Soft Caplsule.更多还原
