【摘要】 目的:观察氟桂利嗪与正天丸合用治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将86例偏头痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例,对照组单用氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组联合应用氟桂利嗪与正天丸治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:与本组治疗前比较,两组患者疼痛程度、疼痛持续的时间和发作次数均有明显改善(P<0.01),但观察组改善较对照组更为显著(P<0.01);观察组治愈率为41.9%,总有效率为93.1%,均分别高于对照组的16.3%、76.8%(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:氟桂利嗪与正天丸合用治疗偏头痛较单用氟桂利嗪的疗效显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of flunarizine combined with Zhengtianwan on migraine therapy. Methods:86 cases of migraine patients were randomly divided into a control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine treatment while the observation group using flunarizine combined with the Zhengtianwan treatment to compare clinical efficacy. Results:Compared with before,the pain degree,pain duration and number of relapse in both two group have been significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01); however the observation group improved significantly more than the control group(P<0.01); the cure rate was 41.9% of patients in the observation group with total effective rate as 93.1%,which were higher than that of 16.3%,76.8% in the control group respectively(P <0.05 or P <0.01) Conclusion:The combination therapy between flunarizine and Zhengtianwan on migraine is more effective than using flunarizine alone,which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
