应用PT的低成本E类ZVS变换器
A Low-Cost-ZVS-Class-E Converter Using PT
【摘要】 本文提出了一种应用PT代替传统LCC谐振电路构成的低成本ZVS-E类变换器.主要工作如下:1)分析了新型E类变换器的工作原理;2)利用PSPICE仿真获得了该电路的基本特性;3)制作了一台应用PT的低成本ZVS-E类变换器试验样机并进行了测试,实验结果表明可以分别或同时采用PWM与变频控制法来调节输出电压,最高效率约为85%.
【Abstract】 In this paper,a low-cost-ZVS-Class-E converter by using PT to replace conventional LCC resonant tank has been proposed.The main contributions are as follows:1)The operating principle of proposed Class-E converter has been analyzed;2)Some basic information of the proposed circuit is provided by PSPICE simulation;3)A prototype of the low-cost-ZVS-Class-E converter by using PT is implemented and tested.The experiment result shows that either PWM or varying frequency controlling approach,or both can be used to regulate the output voltage and the maximum efficiency is about 85%.
