【Abstract】 ‘Spartan’ and ‘Northland’ had different adaptability to soil pH. In the present study, we examined the requirement for hormone combination and p H value in tissue culture of ‘Spartan’ and ‘Northland’to find out the proliferation medium with the best ratio of hormones and p H values.We concluded that the best ratio of hormones in proliferation medium of Spartan was ZT 0.3 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L(p H=4.5), while in Northland was ZT 0.3 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L(p H=5.0).更多还原
