黄芪多糖的超声提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 采用超声提取法提取多糖,在单因素试验的黄芪多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:在λmax=490nm,颗粒细度0.25mm~0.5mm,超声时间为25min,料液比为1:25(vol),提取温度30℃时,所提取的黄芪多糖含量可达4.92%.利用超声提取黄芪可缩短提取时间、提高提取效果.

【Abstract】 Polysaccharide was extracted from astragalus by ultrasonic in this paper. The single factor experiment shows that the optimal conditions for the extraction of astragalus polysaccharide process are: λmax= 490 nm,0. 25 ~ 0. 5nm the fine particles,are the ultrasonic time is 25 min,the feed ratio was 1∶ 25( vol) and the temperature is 30℃. Under these conditions,the content of the astragalus polysaccharide reached 4. 92%. Ultrasound can shorten the extract time and increase the effect of extraction.
