【Abstract】 Normal colleges and universities are the cradles of training teachers,undertaking an important mission in the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Baicheng Normal University constructs its own system of innovation and entrepreneurship education from its actual conditions,which considers training teaching stuff with innovative and creative spirits and talents with entrepreneurial skills as the aim of education reform and includes innovation and entrepreneurship education in the whole process of education. It creates a distinctive model of innovation and entrepreneurship education suitable for itself.
