【Abstract】 On the basis of the theories of restrictive factors in the development of private economy,combined with the present situation of Anhui private economy,it analyzed the main constraints of Anhui private economy in this paper,such as the implementation of policies and implementation is not in place,financing and employment are inaccessible and unaffordable,overall development of private enterprises and independent innovation are at a low level. Finally,it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions that market mechanism plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources while the government improving institutional environment,the new financing channels are to be promoted and the financial resources are to be integrated,talent service system needs to be improved,the talent market needs to be promoted,the industry cluster level should be promoted and enterprise innovation ability should be strengthened.更多还原
