【摘要】 目的:研究动态血压脉压指数(PPI)和收缩压变异性(SBp V)对缺血性脑卒中的影响。方法:208例高血压患者接受24 h动态血压监测(ABp M)和颅脑CT及MRI平扫,计算PPI,并以PPI≥0.40和SBp V标准差(SBp V-SD)≥12 mm Hg为基数,进行统计处理。结果:缺血性脑卒中90例,总发生率43.27%。PPI≥0.40、SBp V-SD≥12 mm Hg、PPI≥0.40且SBp V-SD≥12mm Hg脑卒中发生率均明显高于PPI<0.40、SBp V-SD<12 mm Hg、PPI<0.40且SBp V-SD≤12 mm Hg的患者(P<0.01)。结论:24 h ABp M中PPI≥0.40和SBp V-SD≥12 mm Hg是预测高血压患者缺血性脑卒中的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effects of the pulse pressure index( PPI) and systolic blood pressure variability( SBp V) on the patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: The 24-hours ambulatory blood pressure monitor( ABp M) in 208 patients with hypertension were implemented,and all patients were scaned with brain CT or MRI. The PPI was calculated and analyzed on the basis of PPI≥0. 40 and systolic blood pressure standard deviation( SBp V-SD) ≥12 mm Hg. Results: The total incidence of the ischemic stroke was 43. 27%( 90 cases).
