【摘要】 目的:探讨空腹血糖(FPG)和糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平联合检测在健康体检中的应用价值。方法:选择263名健康体检者作为研究对象,分别检测其FPG和Hb A1c水平,对两者进行相关性分析。结果:263例中Hb A1c<5.5%者139例,5.5%~6.5%者88例,>6.5%者36例。Hb A1c>6.5%体检者FPG均明显高于Hb A1c<5.5%和5.5%~6.5者(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,263名研究对象的Hb A1c水平与FPG之间呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:FPG和Hb A1c联合检测在健康体检中对糖尿病的筛查有重要价值,适宜在实际工作中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the value of the combined detection of fasting plasma glucose( FPG) and glycated hemoglobin A1c( Hb A1c) in physical examination. Methods: The levels of FPG and Hb A1 c in 263 healthy people were detected,and their correlations were analyzed. Results: Among the Hb A1 c level of 263 healthy people,139 cases was less than 5. 5%,88 cases was between 5. 5% and 6. 5% and 36 cases was more than 6. 5%. FPG level of the physical examination people with Hb A1 c level higher than 6. 5% was significantly higher than that of the Hb A1 c level less than 6. 5% and between 5. 5% and 6. 5%( P < 0. 01). Pearson product moment correlation analysis showed that the level of Hb A1 c was positive correlation with FPG( P < 0. 01).
