【摘要】 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等综合方法,分析和调查自1997~2012年在中国职业篮球俱乐部中的外籍教练的执教模式.从3个方面进行分析篮球外籍教练员的基本引进情况、执教模式、执教模式利弊等。经过统计分析,指出了篮球外籍教练员在中国职业篮球俱乐部中的执教模式以及优缺点,并提出了相应的建议和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 There has been more than ten years since the foreign coaches teaching in Chinese professional basketball clubs,how they working with Chinese coaches?And the basketball clubs making use of them?This article analyses the coaching pattern of the foreign coaches in Chinese professional basketball clubs from three aspects.Firstly,the basic introduction of the foreign coaches.Secondly,an analysis of the coaching pattern of the foreign coaches.Last,an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the coaching pattern of the foreign coaches.It also puts forward some countermeasures and recommendations accordingly.更多还原
