【摘要】 膝关节骨性关节炎会造成患者不能负重、行走困难,对患者的生活造成极大影响,且常规治疗效果不甚理想。而NF-κB通过因子与DNA的结合,启动相关基因转录,可对膝关节骨性关节炎起到较好效果。通过对NF-κB在膝关节骨性关节炎中的治疗研究,可以总结近阶段的临床研究成果,对病症的治疗及发展具有较大的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knee osteoarthritis makes patients unable to bear load and difficult to walk,which greatly affects patient’s living,and effect of conventional treatment is not so ideal.NF-κB binding factor and DNA,initiating related gene transcription,can play a better role in knee osteoarthritis.Based on research of NF-κB treating knee osteoarthritis,clinical research achievement in recent stage can be summarized,which has great reference value to the treatment and development of the disease.更多还原
