【摘要】 本文分析人工全膝关节置换术后下肢肿胀的原因,强调其治疗的临床重要性。术后下肢肿胀的因素主要有全身及局部炎症反应、止血带反应、隐性失血、下肢深静脉血栓、淋巴水肿、低蛋白水肿、双下肢水肿等,针对性治疗包括药物治疗、物理疗法、营养支持、中医疗法,综合处理可以明显缓解肿胀,但目前尚缺乏系统、整体、高级别循证医学证据的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the causes of lower limb swelling after total knee arthroplasty,and stresses the importance of the clinical treatment.Factors of lower limb swelling after operation mainly includes systemic and local inflammatory reaction,tourniquet reaction,hidden hemorrhage,deep vein thrombosis,lymph edema,low protein edema,edema of lower extremities and the like,targeted therapy includes drag therapy,physical therapy,nutritional support,Chinese medicine therapy,comprehensive treatment can obviously relieve swelling,but lacking treatment scheme of systemic,overall and high-level evidence based medicine.更多还原
