【摘要】 目的:探讨小针刀联合超短波治疗慢性膝关节炎的疗效。方法:将200例慢性膝关节炎患者随机分为观察组(100例)和对照组(100例),均给予超短波治疗,观察组则在超短波治疗基础上配合小针刀治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效及关节活动度(ROM)、疼痛程度(VAS)的改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为89.3%,高于对照组的77.2%(P<0.01);观察组ROM、VAS评分分别为119.80°±20.23°、3.20±1.30分,均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:小针刀联合超短波治疗慢性膝关节炎疗效显著,手术创伤小,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acupotomology combined with ultrashort wave therapy for chronic gonarthritis.Methods:200 cases of patients with chronic gonarthritis were randomly divided into observation group(100 cases) and control group(100 cases),both of them were treated with ultrashort wave therapy,while observation group combined with acupotomology on the basis of it,observed the efficacy and improvement of joint range of motion(ROM) and pain intensity(VAS) of two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 89.3%,which was higher than 77.2%that of control group(P<0.01);the ROM and VAS of observation group were 119.80°±20.23° and 3.20±1.30,both of which were better than those of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of acupotomology combined with ultrashort wave therapy has significant curative effect on chronic gonarthritis,and its slight damage and high safety makes it deserve clinical promotion and application.更多还原
