【摘要】 目的:探讨团队式系统化管理模式在妊娠期糖尿病中的应用效果。方法:80例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分成实验组与对照组各40例,实验组采取团队式系统化管理,对照组仅做常规检查,比较两组患者治疗依从性、就诊率及病人流失率。结果:实验组围生期治疗依从性、就诊率、病人流失率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:团队式系统化管理模式能提高妊娠期糖尿病患者的就医依从性,减少产科相关并发症,保证母婴健康,是一种科学有效的管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of team-based systematic management model in gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:80 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with each of 40 cases,experimental group adopted team-based systematic management,control group only received routine examination,to compare the treatment compliance,visiting rate and loss rate of patients of the two groups.Results:The perinatal treatment compliance,visiting rate and loss rate of patients of experimental group were all significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conchision:team-based systematic management model can improve the medical treatment compliance of gestational diabetes mellitus,reduce obstetric related complications and ensure health of mother and infant,which is a scientific and effective management management mode.更多还原
