Objective To establish a method for determination of oxymatrine and adefovir dipivoxil in human serum. Methods RPHPLC method was used,with C18 column at the standard of 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,methanol-water( 70∶ 30) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 1 m L·min-1,with the detection wavelength at 229 nm.
