【摘要】 目的分析手足口病多次感染发病流行特征,为手足口病的预防控制工作提供新思路。方法根据中国疾病预防控制信息系统中手足口病发病个案数据,对阜阳市2013年手足口病多次感染发病资料进行分析。结果2013年阜阳市共报告手足口病24 768例,其中多次感染病例511例,多次感染比例为2.06%;发病时间主要集中在3~7月,5月达高峰;不同年龄组间手足口病多次感染比例差异有统计学意义(χ~2=45.163,P=0.000),发病年龄主要集中在0~2岁年龄组,占90.80%;两次感染发病时间间隔最短11d,最长326d,平均(107±77)d,75%的病例再次感染发生在初次感染发病后5个月内;病原学分布以EV71感染为主。结论手足口病存在多次感染现象,发病有明显的季节性和人群差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the epidemiological features on repeated infection cases of hand- foot- mouth disease( HFMD) so as to provide a new scientific evidence for HFMD control. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the epidemiology of repeated infection of HFMD in Fuyang in 2013 based on the data collected from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. Results 24 768 cases were reported in Fuyang in 2013,of which511 cases were repeated infection ones,and the repeated infection ratio was 2. 06%. There was obvious seasonality in the repeated infection incidence of HFMD from March to July and the peak was in May. There was significant difference in the incidence between different age groups. 90. 80% of repeated cases were aged 0 ~ 2 years old. The average time interval of two infections was( 107 ± 77) days while the shortest and longest were 11 and 326 days respectively. 75% of repeated infections occurred within 5 months after the first infection. The main virus type of repeated infection was enterovirus 71( EV71). Conclusion Multiple infection of HFMD existed,and the repeated infection incidence had significant difference between different seasons and populations.更多还原
