【摘要】 目的:观察Supreme喉罩对高龄全麻患者围术期相关并发症发生率的影响。方法:选择高龄手术患者60例,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为喉罩置入组(L组,n=30)和气管内插管组(T组,n=30)。观察记录患者围术期相关并发症的发生情况。结果:高龄全麻患者拔管时呛咳、苏醒期躁动、术后恶心呕吐、术后咽喉痛及肺部感染等并发症发生率L组明显低于T组(P<0.05)。结论:高龄全麻患者使用Supreme喉罩,能有效预防和减少围术期相关并发症的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influences of perioperative complications incidence rate about supreme laryngeal mask airway for advanced age patients with general anesthesia. Methods: 60 cases of advanced age surgery patients were randomly assigned to laryngeal mask airway group(L group, n = 30) and endotracheal intubation group(T group, n = 30). To observe and record the occurrence of perioperative complications. Results:choking cough When drawing the tube, emergence agitation,postoperative nausea and vomiting, postoperative sore throat and lung infection et al for advanced age patients with general anesthesia L group were lower than that in group T(P<0.01).
