【摘要】 目的:探讨手术室护工管理方法,降低医院感染发生率。方法:加强护工医院感染知识的培训及规范操作,强化护工素质教育,实现目标管理及制定严格的奖惩制度。结果:通过科学管理,护工对院感相关知识有了较好的知晓率;在手术室空气监测、抽查护工手指细菌检测、清洁用具表面细菌检测,细菌菌落数均有不同程度降低。结论:对手术室护工采取定期督促检查和科学管理方法等培训,责任到位,是手术室环境清洁质量的保障和预防院内感染的重要环节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Reduce the infection rate in the hospital by researching on the management method of the nursing workers in the operating room. Methods: To realize management by objectives and make strict reward system by strengthening the infection knowledge and standardized operation and quality education of nursing workers.Results: nursing workers acquire a better knowledge of hospital infection by scientific management. Bacterial colonies are found reduced at different levels in the air monitoring of operating room, the bacterial random inspection of nursing workers’ fingers, and the bacterial inspection of cleaning tools surface. Conclusion: scientific management method,regular supervision and inspection, implemented responsibilities and fixed positions should be adopted to manage nursing workers in the operating room which is useful to keep the stability of the team, guarantee the environmental cleanness quality of the operating room and also it is the key step to protect hospital from infection更多还原
