氰凝防护涂层对钢筋锈蚀速率的影响研究
The Study of Cyanogen Coagulation Protective Coating Effect on Steel Corrosion Rate
【摘要】 本文针对目前冷拉钢筋在特殊环境介质中存在的锈蚀特点,拟在钢筋上直接涂抹防锈涂料,从而提高钢筋混凝土结构的安全性和耐久性.采用电化学测试手段,测定不同p H值环境下涂有氰凝防护层的钢筋锈蚀的自腐蚀电流及腐蚀电位,通过计算得到钢筋的锈蚀速率,从而揭示出氰凝防护层对钢筋锈蚀率防护的影响规律.
【Abstract】 In view of the present cold drawn steel bar in the special environment medium corrosion characteristics,this article directs daub antirust coating on steel,so as to improve the safety and durability of the reinforced concrete. By electrochemical test methods,the corrosion current and corrosion potential of different p H value environment with cyanide setting steel corrosion protective layer were determined,the corrosion rate of reinforcement is obtained by calculation,so as to reveal the cyanide setting the influence law of protective layer of protection for steel bar corrosion rate.
