基于北斗通信的架空线路故障监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 针对当前基于GPRS/GSM通信的架空线路故障检测系统所存在的不能全地域覆盖、故障误报和漏报问题,研究了架空线路短路故障规律、故障特征、无线射频通信、北斗短报文通信应用,设计了基于北斗通信的架空线路故障检测系统.采用北斗短报文通信有效的解决了GSM信号覆盖盲区的线路故障监测问题;采用"上报-确认"机制保证故障检测的准确性;采用"定期查询"和"单点故障全线查询"机制防止故障漏报.实验测试结果表明,基于北斗通信的架空线路故障检测系统有效解决了GSM信号覆盖盲区问题,并提高了故障监测的准确性和及时性.

【Abstract】 At present,some fault detection equipments of overhead transmission line have many problems,such as misinformation,non-response,etc. The fault laws,characteristics of short circuit and the application of BDS’short message service have been studied in this paper,and a new detection system based on BEIDOU Communication has been designed,which improved the accuracy and timeliness by using the rules of "Reproting-Confirmed ","Regular Query"and"Single Failure-All Query". The problem of GSM’s signal blind area has been solved by using the communication channel based on Bei Dou satellites. The experimental results show that,the new system has resolved the problem of GSM’s signal blind area,and improved the the accuracy and timeliness.
