【摘要】 选取5 309家上市公司的数据,对中央企业、地方国企和民营企业的效率进行了系统比较。研究发现:不但中央企业与地方国企的人力资源营运能力高于民营企业,而且其税收负担也显著高于民营企业,静态的综合技术效率和纯技术效率亦是如此;虽然中央企业和地方国企动态的全要素生产率均在下降,但仍显著高于民营企业。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is indicated in the systematic comparison,by use of the data from 5,309 listed companies,of the efficiency associated with central enterprises,local government-controlled enterprises and private enterprises that the human resource operation capacity of the first and second enterprises is higher than that of the third,and the tax burden is also higher.And so are the static overall technical efficiency and the pure technical efficiency.Although the dynamic total factor productivity of the first and second enterprises decreases but it is remarkably higher than that of the third.更多还原
