【Abstract】 In risk society,there exists all kinds of uncertainty in everyday life.As a result of the combination between new technology and human’s needs,network social media itself becomes sources of risks and leads to artificial risks while facilitating public identification of risks and promting risk avoidance.To resolve and avoid risks effectively,risks should be faced up to and the healthy development of network social media should be regulated and guided.Network information security awareness,network democratic consciousness and network crisis awareness should be established and risks should be actively responded to with an optimistic attitude.更多还原
