【摘要】 思政课教师的实践教学能力是保证思政课实践教学取得实效的关键因素。目前思政课教师实践教学能力的现状不尽人意,不能很好地适应新形势下思政课实践教学的需要。高校要加强思政课教师实践教学能力的培训,建立健全考核评价机制,科学合理地评价思政课教师的实践教学能力,以提升思政课教师的实践教学能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The practice teaching abilities of teachers in the ideological and political course can be considered as the key factor to the good effect of practice teaching.The present condition of the practice teaching abilities of those teachers is not so satisdactory that the teaching cannot meet the needs of the course requirment under the new situation.And colleges and universities are supposed to strengthen the cultivation of the practcie teaching abilities of those teachers,improve the mechanism of the effective evaluation on the practcie teaching for the enhance of their teaching abilities.更多还原
