【Abstract】 The responsibility investigation systemis considered as one of the most important methods and the key links in the implementation of the responsibility system in the clean and honest Party construction.And presently there exist such issues of the responsibility hard to define and the responsibility negligence hard to find,identify and investigate involved with that construction in colleges and universities.It is necessary to improve the responsibility investigation mechanism for that construction,make perfect the entire chains for that construction and implement practically the two responsibilities for that construction in meeting the requirement for the new normal of that construction to colleges and universities.更多还原
