Food Factory Design is one of important courses in the specialty of food science and engineering. The teaching reform of Food Factory Design was discussed from the student's way of thinking and adjustment,organization of teaching materials,and the reform of teaching model. The results provide some ideas and methods for the Food Factory Design course teaching.
